Troubleshooting In The Browser App

  1. Close all open web browsers, open a new browser, and try to start/join the meeting again.
  2. If you are still not able to start/join the meeting, clear cache and cookies in your web browser. For instructions on how to do this, see:

Troubleshooting in the Desktop App

For Windows:

  1. Uninstall Webex using the removal tool: https://cisco.bravais.com/s/Pw7auGIRLdBugdlb6nBv
  2. Open the downloaded file and double-click on it, then follow the prompts. Right-click on the file and select Run as administrator.
  3. Try to join the meeting again.

For macOS:

  1. Uninstall Webex using the removal tool: https://cisco.bravais.com/s/4Kd44oJMbWksbTPQtvpw
  2. Try to join the meeting again.
